Since 2011 Travis Stroud has been conducting Business Law.  Business Law is the facilitating of, or enforcing a contract or agreement between individuals or businesses.

     Just to name a few; we have created real estate contracts, escrow documents, loan documents, contract for the sale of million dollar tow company, death contracts, and created corporations.  

      We have litigated business law matters.  Most business law litigation arises out of a breach of contract.  But that is not always the case.  Sometimes its a matter of equity or ownership, we have litigated those matters as well. 

      We enjoy helping individuals with business matters.  Especially, entrepreneurs or those that have an idea but need help making it come to fruition.
